OK, so if you have been keeping up with this website, you know that I have been laying out my “business resolutions” for 2014 for the past week or two. Today, I will wrap that up by letting you know about my final business goal for this year.
Let’s recap, so far I have resolved to:
- Move most of my computing to the cloud
- Increase my activity in Newsletter publishing in order to do better with email marketing
- Get into using Autoresponders to also further my email marketing activities
- Move away from OSCommerce as an eCommerce platform and use WordPress instead
Today, let’s talk about my #5 Business Resolution… if you have been reading this blog for a while, you have seen this resolution before.
Write at least 20 eBooks in 2014
Hey… that is the same resolution that I had in 2013! What happened, did I not get this one done? Nope.. not at all… I did accomplish this goal last year. In fact, I resolved to write 20 books, and I actually wrote 31 books in 2013. It was so successful and made me a good amount of money, so I want to replicate that success. In fact, I already have a topic in mind and have already done research for about 35 books, all I have to do is write them now! So, my goal is to get at least 20 done in 2014 and start selling them. I am sure that I can do this again, it really was not hard to accomplish in 2013, and doing it again should not be a problem. Last year, I got 31 books done in less than a month and a half! It was hard work but paid off nicely. So, here we go for 2014!
In fact, to make this resolution pay off, I have to do more than just writing the books. Of course, they have to be written, but I will also set up a new website to promote these new books (I’m not saying what the topic is yet), and set them up for selling and downloading in my bookstore website.
Can I do it? For sure, I can, I proved that last year. The question is this… will I get it done? If my attention does not get drawn away to something else, I will get it done. So, the real key to accomplishment, in this case, is to keep myself focused on my “eyes on the prize” so to speak.
So, this wraps up my business resolutions for 2014. I have a few personal goals as well, but those are for my own private thoughts, and I won’t make that public. All around… business or personal, it is all about making my life better, earning more money and generally accomplishing some personal and business development in the coming year!
How about you, do you have any big plans for 2014? If so, why not share them by making a comment below.

Where did you get that typewriter?

Sorry, my friend, I don’t have a typewriter, that is just a picture that I had.

I’m trying to convince my friend from New York to check out your site. He’s so excited about the Philippines. I told him that your site is one of the best place to learn more about it.

Thank you so much, Edgardo Dominguez, that is very kind of you.
